We want you to spend less time waiting and more time playing. Here’s the deal:

Where we ship: We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Europe (Czech Republic).

Processing time: Once you order, we usually pack and ship your games within 2–3 business days. 

Delivery times: * Czech Republic: 1–3 business days.

EU: 3–7 business days.

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days (depending on customs).

Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link via email the moment your package hits the road.

Taxes & Duties: For orders outside the EU, please note that customs fees or import taxes are on you, as we can't control those pesky local regulations.

US Store Shipping Policy

To keep things fast and affordable, we handle US orders a little differently than the rest of the world.

Local Fulfillment: We typically ship US orders directly from our partner warehouse within the USA. This means no surprise customs fees and much faster delivery for you.

Shipping Times: Once your order leaves the warehouse, it usually takes 3–7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your label is printed so you can watch your game’s journey in real-time.
