Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. We want to make sure you’re happy with your experience, so we keep our return process as straightforward as our games. 🎲

30-Day Window: You’ve got 30 days after receiving your game to request a return.

The Condition: To get a refund, the game must be in the same state you got it—unopened and still in its original shrink-wrap. We can't take back games that have been played.

How to start: Drop us a line at support@boardcubator.com. If your return is a go, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send the box.

Note: Please don't send anything back without talking to us first—it’ll just get lost in the void!

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your game arrives with a dinged corner, a missing meeple, or we sent you the wrong thing entirely, we’ll fix it. 🛠️ Check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Also, while we love a good snack at the table, we don't sell perishable goods or hazardous materials—so no returning those here!

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a game is to return the one you have for a refund and then simply place a new order for the game you actually want.

EU "Cooling Off" Period

If you’re in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. The same rules apply: it must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll let you know it arrived safely. If approved, your money will head back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Just a heads-up: banks can sometimes be slower than a long turn in a strategy game!)
